District 27-C1 Lions of Wisconsin are comprised of 57 Lions Clubs, 7 Lioness Clubs and 2 Leo Clubs with a combined membership of approximately 2,000 service minded individuals. District 27-C1 is located in central Wisconsin covering 5 counties; Clark, Marathon, Wood, Portage and Adams.

The Lions of Wisconsin are comprised of 564 individual clubs with a combined membership of over 20,000 Lions. Wisconsin is one multiple district of Lions International. For more information visit the State Website click on the logo below. The Lions operate the Wisconsin Lions Foundation (WLF) which is located in Rosholt. The WLF administers the Wisconsin Lions Statewide projects which include Children’s Vision Screening, Diabetes Education, Eyeglass Recycling, Hearing, Youth Projects and the "Crown Jewel" of Wisconsin Lions, the Wisconsin Lions Camp.
Wisconsin Lions Camp offers a week of camp for children who are blind or visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing, mild cognitively disabled, and children with type I & II diabetes. Since its inception 51 years ago, Lions Camp has served some 65,000 special children from through out Wisconsin. All at no cost to their families. The Lions of Wisconsin this year launched a fundraising program called the Lions Pride Campaign. The goal of which is to establish a $25 million dollar restriced endowment fund to secure the future of the Wisconsin Lions Camp and other state-wide projects.

Lions are an international network of 1.3 million men and women in 202 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world. Known for working to end preventable blindness, Lions participate in a vast variety of projects important to their communities. These projects range from cleaning up local parks to providing supplies to victims of natural disasters.
Beginning in 1917, the association of Lions clubs has provided millions of people with the opportunity to give something back to their communities.
